Default Printed page shows additional words

We are running Windows 2002 SP3 on Windows XP operating systems. I have two
users who have printed pages show additional words or duplicate words on a
printed copy of documents sporadically. It does not happen all the time and
it does not happen on every printer they print to. At one time they can
print to the printer with no problems. The next the extra words will be
there.

Basically the problem tends to happen at the end of one page as the sentence
being typed wraps to the next page. As an example; If the sentence wraps to
the next page the last word or two of the previous page will be printed as
the first words of the new page also. (i.e. "Now is the time for all good
men to come to the aid of their country." would print "Now is the time for
all good [new page would start] all good men to come to the aid of their
country.")

We have been able to repeat this problem on a Xerox 440 printer and a HP
3200 laser printer. It does not appear that choosing a different printer
makes a difference. We have current drivers installed for these printers and
the font is a Bookman Old Style True Type font on the document I have been
testing.
