Default Address Book

That's great but is there a way to do just the opposite? I'd like to be able
to use a mailing address I've typed into a Word doucment and save it to my
Outlook Contacts. Is that possible?

Yes. In Tools, Customize, you can add a toolbar button called InsertAddress (looks like an address book) and clicking on it will open the Outlook addres book where you can get to OL contacts. Select a name and OK to insert name and address at the cursor location.

Again in Word Perfect staff are able to pull up an address book and when they find the correct address, can just click on insert and it will drop the address into the document they are working on. Is there something similar in Word?

Help please
