Running macros
Can you have a macro run from pressing a key on the key board? Example I
want a graphic to appear when I press the 'A' key. Thanks for any help. |

Running macros
Yes, although I would want to at least add an Alt or Ctrl key to the A if
you are planning on doing any typing! You would want to save the graphic as an AutoText entry and assign it to a key. You can also assign macros to keys, but you don't need a macro for a graphic. http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customizat...roToHotkey.htm -- Charles Kenyon Word New User FAQ & Web Directory: http://addbalance.com/word Intermediate User's Guide to Microsoft Word (supplemented version of Microsoft's Legal Users' Guide) http://addbalance.com/usersguide See also the MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/ which is awesome! --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- This message is posted to a newsgroup.
