Hi

I have lost my 25 character product code and am unable to activate my
purchase. Today I am unable type into any of my office documents.

Can anyone suggest what i should do to find this code and also unlock the
documents.?

Was the software a trial version, or a full version supplied with the
computer. In those cases, you will need to contact the supplier of the
computer.

If it is a "boxed retail version", see the KnowledgeBase article "What to do

Thanks for your reply. It was a full version supplied with the computer so i
guess i will contact the supplier.
