Default locking graphics in word

i realize you can lock a header and a footer, but what about a side bar? it
is a letterhead with top and side graphics/text (separate imported graphics
for top and side) that need locking in place so when beginning a standard
text letter, one doesn't accidentally move the sidebar when trying to place
to curser in the start and begin typing. using word2002

Anchor the sidebar in the header. See
