Default Using a default User Template (Office 2003)

Hello all, we're running Office 2003 in a multi-domain enviroment, everytime
a different user logs on the domain at a stationary pc and accesses microsoft
office, primairly word 2003 the system takes a few seconds to configure a
default user template with the users intials, is there a way to disable this?

You need to ask this in a more appropriate group, where the experts in setup
questions are. Either office.setup or word.setup.networking
