How can you make your sides equal like the newspapers and books?
You know in like a newspaper or a book, if you look at the beginning of a
line and at the end of the line the words are all equal. How do you make that in Microsoft Office? |

Format the Paragraph so that the alignment is Justified. Preferably, you
will do this by modifying (or creating a new Style) the Style that you wish to use for this by selecting FormatParagraph and then on the Indents and Spacing tab of the Paragraph dialog, select "Justified" from the Alignment pulldown under the General section of the dialog. You can also apply the formatting directly to the selected text by clicking on the Justify button on the toolbar (the one with six horizontal lines all of the same length) -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis. Doug Robbins - Word MVP "Bridget" wrote in message ...
