Default Saving .doc to 2 different locations?

In Word 2003 Small Business Edition, can you save a document to two different
places by only telling it to save once? Such as - every time I want to save
this Management Plan to my hard-drive, I would also like it to automatically
save to my little removable disk without me having to go back in and
re-save-as to the F: drive...
