I downloaded a fax cover sheet template from the Microsoft Web site.

When I type anything in the body of the fax sheet, the gradient keeps moving
down off the bottom of the page. What can I do to fix this problem? I would
like to keep the gradient.
ANY help would be greatly appreciated

I took a look at this template, and it is a disaster! It has been created as
a table, and the table is wrapped (for reasons unknown), which means that if
you fill the bottom cell, your text will begin to disappear off the page
unless you have the Compatibility Options set to allow wrapped tables to
break across pages.

The gradient fill is applied to an AutoShape with Behind Text wrapping and
position set to Centered Relative to Column and 4.5" Below Paragraph. If you
somehow manage to add text above the paragraph to which the AutoShape is
anchored, then I would guess that the AutoShape would move.
