I have Word 2007, how do I get the Table list 4 and Table Colorful 2 Table
Styles that are in Word 2003. I need these for a college class.

When the insertion point is in a table, you'll see Table Tools tabs (Design
and Layout, respectively) on the Ribbon. Click the Design tab and choose a
format in the Table Styles group.
