Default currupt files

I send e-mail with attachments, however the person recieving the e-mail can
not open up the docunment what is happenning what do I need to do

What file format are you sending in? If it is .docx (from Word 2007), your
recipient will not be able to open it without Word 2007 or the Compatibility
Pack, and you will need to save as .doc (Word 97-2003 format). If that's not
the issue, then you may need to zip the attachment to prevent damage in
transit.
