Default How to create hyperlink in MS Word 2002 that open in same Internet Explorer window?

I want to create several hyperlinks in my MS Word 2002 document as
follow

hyperlink1
hyperlink2
hyperlink3

These links point to some URL on the web, e.g. http://www.yahoo.com

The problem is that everytime I click a link, a new Internet Explorer
window is opened. I want only one IE window to be opened. This mean the
first click will open an IE window and subsequently click display the
URL in the same window opened by the first click.

This is something like html target, e.g.
a href="..." target="myWindow

How can I achieve this in Word 2002 document?
