Duplicate in word
How do i duplicate the same item several times on the same page.I am trying
to create some place cards and I have created a table with 1 column and two rows. The column is 7cm and the rows are 4cm each.I have put some clip art and word art into the bottom box of the table.I now want to print off as many as I can fit onto an A4 sheet. Please tell me how I do this. Trudibabe,
I would suggest doing this kind of thing from the Lable menu. Then it will evenly space the same data throughout your page so that you can create multiples. From a new document in Word, click Tools, Envelope and Labels. Click the Labels tab at the top of the dialog box. Type in the Standard Text in the label box. Click Options and choose a label size (product number). I like the Business Card size for place cards, but you can experiment or customise your own size. Then click Ok and New Document and a new document will be created with the 'label's evenly spaced. You can then customise this document further (pasing clipart or changing names, etc), and then print off. Voila!
