Default Restoring original Normal and No spacing styles in styles gallery

I have accidently reformatted my "normal" and "no spacing" styles in the
styles gallery. I really need to have them restored to their original
formatting. How do I do this?

You can copy those styles from your Normal template: In the Styles pane
(Ctrl+Shift+Alt+S), click the Manage Styles button, and then click
Import/Export to display the Organizer dialog box. Select the styles in the
template, and then use the Copy button. When asked if you want to override
the styles, choose to do so. When you are done, click Close.
