While using Microsoft Word, I would like to insert information from my

phone numbers, email addresses, etc. How can I do this without highlighting,
copying, and pasting? Can I decide what gets inserted?

Word provides no facility for this, other than what's in the Letter Wizard.

Try asking in an OUTLOOK newsgroup, and check on slipstick.com. Someone may
know of third-party tools that will do this for you.
