How can I add text to a picture which creates a frame
I'm trying to create a diploma. I have a 'frame' with a picture but can't
seem to get the text inside. using XL and word 2000 |

How can I add text to a picture which creates a frame
If I understand you correctly, you have a certificate border or background
picture. There are basically two approaches: 1. You can change the wrapping on the clip art to Behind Text and type in the document using ordinary text. 2. You can leave the picture In Line With Text and insert a text box (No Line, No Fill) over the part where you want to enter text.
