I wonder who could help me with this?

The foodnote upper margin is huge and there is no way I can modify it to
make it small. This takes so much space in each page with a footnote.

If there's no way you can modify it, why post a question?

The way *other people* do it is to display the page in normal view, then
select View Footnotes, then select 'Footnote Separator' from the dropdown,
then correct the formatting as needed.

I post a question simply because I CAN'T, if I could do it or I knew how to
do it, THEN I will not need to post a question.
