Can you lock a textbox?
I have used a textbox as a sidebar for letterhead. I don't want users able
to change the information within the textbar sidebar. |

Can you lock a textbox?
Copy the text box and paste special it back as a picture. Users will not be
able to change the text. They will however be able to replace the text box. *Any* document you allow users to see can be edited. You can only make it a little more difficult to do so. If accidental changing is the issue, insert the text box in the first page header - http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/Letterhead.htm -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org "Bow-Wow" wrote in message ...
