How do you copy and paste so
that formats do not change? You learn about styles and how they work! http://addbalance.com/usersguide/styles.htm If you don't learn this you will have problems with Word as long as you use it. Until then, try Edit Paste Special Unformatted Text This will make it a bit less problem but you will lose your original formatting. -- Charles Kenyon Word New User FAQ & Web Directory: http://addbalance.com/word Intermediate User's Guide to Microsoft Word (supplemented version of Microsoft's Legal Users' Guide) http://addbalance.com/usersguide See also the MVP FAQ: http://www.mvps.org/word which is awesome! --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- This message is posted to a newsgroup.
