Default How do I get a full bleed for my letterhead?

I've tried making a custom page size and making the jpg larger then the
paper. I just can't seem to get a full bleed for my letterhead and envelopes
and I know there must be a way to do it. Can someone save me time?

To achieve this, you must have a printer capable of printing clear to the
edge (of which there are very few), or you must print on oversized paper and
trim it.
