Default Problem with page view

Hi,

When I am typing in Word ( I recently got a brand new computer with a new MS
Office system), the type appears on my screen at the very top of the page
with no margin. The default margins are set to 1.0 and no matter how I view
it, whether in Print layout or Normal, the text is still at the very top of
the page. When I print out, the margins are there as they should be, but not
in the view mode. I have already created a new normal.dot template which
fixed another problem, but not this one. Can you help?

Thank you!

Hi, Serenity. In Word, click on Tools | Options | View | check the "White
space between pages" box | OK.
