Default Word incoming email duplication

People I am computer illiterate! Every email message I get automatically
duplicates itself. Please tell me how to stop this! I know that one click of
a button will resolve the problem. WHICH BUTTON?

I'm not sure what this has to do with Word, which is not a mail client.
