Default Is there a template for the concord Classic Index 1-10

I have a large number of folders to distribute to units, and need to type an
index. I am using a pack of 10 dividers Concord calssic Index A4 1-10, and
would like to type the index to print on the index page. Is this possible.

Is it possible? I suspect that it is.
I also suspect that the publisher of the dividers has such a template on
their website.
