Default Menu bar

The minimize and maximize buttons are not on the menu bar for Word although
they are on Excel. Both MS Office 2003. How can I add them to the Word menu
bar?

Are you seeing any buttons on the window? Realize that the window buttons
are for the document because each document opens in its own window.
