I should be able to change the default view in Word.
Not a question, but more like a comment, or request.
The 2003 version of Word automatically opens documents in the "Reading Layout", which is really annoying. I prefer viewing documents in a "Print Layout", but I am not able to change the default. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes. The default view mode for Word 2003 is Print Layout, except for docs received
via email. Have you tried ToolsOptionsGeneral, remove the check for 'Allow starting in Reading Layout'? Regards |:) "John" wrote: Not a question, but more like a comment, or request.
