when I insert items into a word document from my scanner the scale is
corrupted such that when I print the item it is only about 80% of the full
size. What can I do to correct this problem?
The item appears to be full size on the monitor screen but when you look at
the scale at the top of the screen it it apparent that the scale is way off.
In other words the scale is larger on the top of the screen than actual size
in inches. For example 4 inches on the scale measures about 6 acrual inches.
