Default Page scaling problem

Hi!

When I open my Word 2000 document using my office machine, which runs Word
XP, each page is scaled to about 75% of its original size. Not just the fonts
are shrunk, the entire page is shrunk.

I checked the page scaling setting on the print options, but no scaling is
selected. The problem appears when viewed and printed.

Thanks so much for your help!

Most likely your office machine is using Word 2002 or 2003, the document
contains tracked changes or comments, and balloons are enabled. Word is
allowing margin space for the balloons.
