Hi!
When I open my Word 2000 document using my office machine, which runs Word XP, each page is scaled to about 75% of its original size. Not just the fonts are shrunk, the entire page is shrunk. I checked the page scaling setting on the print options, but no scaling is selected. The problem appears when viewed and printed. Thanks so much for your help! |

Most likely your office machine is using Word 2002 or 2003, the document
contains tracked changes or comments, and balloons are enabled. Word is allowing margin space for the balloons. -- Suzanne S.
