can not print envelopes unless it's the current page
doc has 170 env, will only print current page or highlight a group in doc and
select Print, choose Selection and that will work. Cannot enter different pages to print. Problem w/ HPLJ4000 and HPLJ4300. Also a problem on different pc's. I upgraded to Office 2003, also reinstalled the printer. |

If you created the envelopes using mailmerge, then each envelope
is page 1 in a separate section, and you need to include the section number in the Pages box in the File-Print dialog. For example, to print the 17th and 18th envelopes, you would enter p1s17-p1s18 in the Pages box. Or even just s17-s18 if it is purely an envelope merge. If it's letters and
envelopes, the envelopes are probably page 0. -- Suzanne S. your absolutely correct!!! We had to enter the print range as page 0 and the
