Default can not print envelopes unless it's the current page

doc has 170 env, will only print current page or highlight a group in doc and
select Print, choose Selection and that will work. Cannot enter different
pages to print. Problem w/ HPLJ4000 and HPLJ4300. Also a problem on
different pc's. I upgraded to Office 2003, also reinstalled the printer.

If you created the envelopes using mailmerge, then each envelope
is page 1 in a separate section, and you need to include the
section number in the Pages box in the File-Print dialog. For
example, to print the 17th and 18th envelopes, you would enter
p1s17-p1s18 in the Pages box.

Or even just s17-s18 if it is purely an envelope merge. If it's letters and
envelopes, the envelopes are probably page 0.

your absolutely correct!!! We had to enter the print range as page 0 and the
section #, ex: p0s18
Thanks so much!
