user define field
I like to reuse text in different parts of the word document. For example, I
type in the Title of the Document, it will show up both on the first page and some header. How do I do that? |

There are several ways to do this. For things like the title, if you put the
title in the Title document property field, then you can use a TITLE field to repeat it. You can also use a StyleRef field if the title has a particular style (such as Title) applied. For other methods, see http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/Repeating_Data.htm -- Suzanne S.
