Hi Hong,

It's difficult to understand what you're asking about, probably because of
translation trouble.

In Microsoft Word, a 'template' is a file with a .dot extension. Each
document is attached to a template, either Normal.dot or some other .dot
file. The document can be attached to only one template at a time. The
template supplies the starting format, plus other features such as styles,
toolbars, macros, and AutoText entries. The article at
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customizat...latesStore.htm explains all
of this.

Usually, the formatting (page size, margins, fonts) supplied by the template
appears on the first page, and when you add enough text to make Word start
adding more pages, that formatting simply continues from one page to the
next -- you don't need to do anything special to make that happen. In fact,
if you want to change the formatting, such as having a different margin, you
need to insert section breaks to separate the different page from the
others.

Can you explain what you have put on the first page, and what you want to
appear on the other pages? Is it a table, or a form, or something else?
