Default Word 2007 like 2003?

Is there a way to make Word 2007 look like Word 2003?

And how do I move all my autocorrect entries easily from 2003 to 2007?

Not without using an add-in and from what I understand, they aren't perfect.
Since the ribbon will be sticking around for a while, I'd suggest getting
used to it.

If you upgraded Word 2007 over Word 2003, I think your AutoCorrect entries
would be migrated. If not, see
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customizat...utocorrect.htm. This creates
a text document containing the entries. Then use the AutoCorrect.dotm
template (in Autocorrect2007.zip) from http://jay-freedman.info to load that
document into Word 2007

Two add-ins can do it:

You can also accomplish it to a certain extent with some simple (and free)
changes to the Quick Access Toolbar:
