Default Pasting a table created in Word as a picture

When I copy a table created in Word 2003 and paste it as a picture either
into PPT 2003 or Word 2003, as an enhanced metafile, the borders of the table
do not appear. How do I fix this, so that the entire tbale (jncluding the
borders) appear when I paste the table as a picture?

I don't know why this happens but my work around is to paste the Word table
into PowerPoint, resize as necesssary (but not right upto the edge of the
slide), then save as emf (or whichever format give you the best result). In
Word use Insert, Picture, From File. to insert the image in to your Word
document.
Hope this helps
