Is there any way to print on both sides of a page. If so, how is is done?

This is possible, but is determined by your printer's abilities rather than
by Word itself.

However, you may be interested in making the document set up differently for
pages on the left and the right for viewing like a book.

You can make this setting:

2003:
File Page Setup Layout tab, different odd and even

2007:
Page Layout tab Margins, custom margins Layout Tab, different odd and
even

If the printer does not have duplex capability print the odd pages on one
side of the paper, turn the paper round and print the even pages on the
backs.
