Default Possible Normal.doc problem?

I use a word document which is stored on a network. Another user has the
same Windows XP, Office Pro 2002 SP3 and Office 2003. When she views the
same document, the appearance of her document is different and the printout
is also different. We've checked margin settings etc and they seem to be the
same, as you would expect since the document is shared on a server. Why
would her appearance and printout always be different? Does it have to do
with her normal template being different? How can we fix it so that we both
view and print the same thing?

Are you both set to use the same printer driver? (You don't have to be
connected to the same (model) printer, you just have to have the same
printer driver active.)
