accessing table throug 'options'.

I'm sorry, this isn't ringing any bells. Can you be more specific about where
you used to find the functionality you're missing?

This could be a reference to context-sensitive Help (the "What's This?"
button), but it sounds more like ScreenTips (Tools | Customize | Options:
"Show ScreenTips on toolbars," which is still in Word 2003.
