thin client
I am using thin client, and a citrix server, when i log on as administrator
and try a mail merge (press the open data source button) it works fine, but i log on as a user and press this button it just freezes!!! any ideas |

This is way off-topic for a Word forum. The problem lies in the security
policies that have been set up at the Citrix end. Normally the Citrix client doesn't have permission to 'see' the contents of the computer you're actually working on (nor vice versa). So at a guess you're trying to run the thin client copy of Word with source data on your own computer: as administrator you DO have the necessary permsissions, but as an ordinary user you don't.
