Default I need to extend a table in word (click last cell?)

I have composed a generic table in a document I use regularly, but I need to
add more rows to the table i have created. I have heard somewhere before that
if I go into the last cell in the bottom right hand corner of my table the
answer lies there somewhere? Is this true and how do I go about this? many
thanks for any help received in advance ! ! ! ( microsoft office pro 2003
word)

Hi wesjemmett,

In the last cell, pressing the tab key will insert a new row.

Cheers
