Printing Problem, 1st page ok, the second prints diferent
I have a printing problem.
I have a word document with a merge in excel. In the word document I have tables and some cells in grey as titles. The problem is that when I open the Word and Print the first time, everything is ok. But when I print it again changing only the record, It prints a square in the cells in grey arround the text that is in it. Don`t know what to do. Thanks |

I don't know what is wrong, but,
a. can you see the squares when you do a print preview after the first successful print? But when I print it again changing only the record b. do you mean htat you are previewing record 1, then printing it, then previewing record 2, then printing it, etc.? If so, what happens if you just merge two records directly to the printer? Or are you actually changing the data in the data source, then reprinting? Peter Jamieson wrote in message oups.com...
