Ok so I tried different things with this all day yesterday and could not get
this to work.

We have a coverpage template that we use for propsals here (created in
office 03)and the image on it takes up the entire page. We then put a couple
of text boxes over the image and I put the image in the background and was
sure to have the text boxes on top.

The compatibility pack has been installed. When you open the template in 07
the text boxes do not appear on the page, even when the image is removed.

So I then tried creating the same doc in 07 inserted the picture on the
page, inserted the a couple of text boxes, sent image to appear behind, text
boxes to appear in front. everything looks fine. I save it as a new word
docx, and old doc and a template. Then I try to open it up and 03 and the
text boxes are behind the image and in different locations.

What can i do to get this issue resolved?
