Default Making an interview document to work with Natually speaking

Hi all,
I am trying to make an existing document to work with Natural speaking and I
am alittle frustrated with how get the document formatted to tab from one
area of the interview to another without going through all other sections.
Any suggestions or knowledge of this would be appreciated.
