Default Footer allignment

Document has many pages with pages in portrait & landscape orientation. I
need to add a footer with text in the left, file name in the middle and page
number in the right. When the footer is added on the page in portrait the
footer doesn't get alligned properly in the page in landscape. And when the
lanscape page footer is manually corrected it affects the portrait page.
There are section breaks at the end of each page.

Pls help to get the allignment of footers across the document - thanks

See if the article at
http://word.mvps.org/faqs/formatting...apeSection.htm helps.
