Default how can i fill out multiple forms by entering data once?

I frequently fill out multiple forms with the same information. Is there a
way to create a document that will populate into multiple forms? ANd if so
how would i go about it? Thank you in advance.

Default how can i fill out multiple forms by entering data once?

Investigate the IncludeText field with bookmark option, or combine the
documents into one large document and use cross references (REF fields)
