Mail Merge toolbar is grayed out.
The Mail Merge toolbar is visible above my template but unusable because it
is grayed out. This has not happened before. |

Is the active document protected?

Mail Merge toolbar is grayed out.
Also, are you sure that it is all grayed out? Initially only the two
left-most buttons - Main document setup and Open Data Source are enabled. Until you have dealt with those issues, the other buttons cannot be used. -- Hope this helps.
