Default Disable Extra Paragraph Space with Group Policy

Is there a way to enable the "Don't add space between paragraphs of the same
style" option in Word 2007 through group policies or the registry? I am
getting ready to deploy Office 2007 in our organization and don't want to do
this individually for each user. Thanks.
