Is it possible to password protect a scanned signature in Word
I would like to be able to sign forms and letters electronically with a
protected scanned signature. Is there some way to password protect a scanned signature so that it cannot be copied and pasted or used by another user? |

No, all you can do is make it harder. If you protect a document for forms
with a password, a user will not be able to select anything in it outside of form fields. On the other hand, this password protection takes less than a minute to break. -- Charles Kenyon Word New User FAQ & Web Directory: http://addbalance.com/word Intermediate User's Guide to Microsoft Word (supplemented version of Microsoft's Legal Users' Guide) http://addbalance.com/usersguide See also the MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/ which is awesome! --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- This message is posted to a newsgroup. They can PDF it, too, then select the image out of the PDF.
