Applying section breaks as a part of a style
I would like to include a section break as the first part of a style, using
Word 2007. When I modify the style, I cannot find an option to include a section break. Can someone suggest a method to do this? I'd like to start a new balanced newspaper column each time I apply the style "heading 2." Thanks in advance. -- Peter Bahnson University of Wisconsin |

Word doesn't offer that option. You could create a macro to insert the break
and apply the style and assign that to a keyboard shortcut with much the same effect. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Peter Bahnson wrote: I would like to include a section break as the first part of a style, using Word 2007. Or conceivable a paragraph in the style preceded by the desired kind of
section break could be saved as an AutoText entry (again, with keyboard shortcut). -- Suzanne S.
