retrieve saved worddocuments from a prior version to version 2003
We had a prior version of microsoft office with saved word documents. We
downloaded a student and techer edition 2003 and now cannot retrieve those saved documents. What do we do? |

If you're using Symantec/Norton AntiVirus, try disabling the
Office Plugin that comes with it. See http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=329820 "How to use Office programs with the Norton AntiVirus Office plug-in" for more information.
