Word 2002 Printing Problem
I have a networked HP color 3700n in my documentation area. I am
experiencing no problems but when other people who are authorized to print to the printer send a "collated" set of documents to the printer it prints one blank page between jobs for every set requested. If you ask for 15 copies of a two page job you get 15 blank pages in between each set. If you do not use collate everything seems normal. The firmware for the printer has been upgraded. Blank pages have been turned OFF in the setup menu at the printer. |
