I have 2 columns of tables on one page. I need to move part of the top of
the second column to the bottom of the first column. When I highlight the
section I want and drag it to the bottom, it will not take the entire group.
I move the bottom margin and it still won't let me. Do I have to do
something with section breaks? How do they work?

If there is room for the row you're moving at the bottom of the first
column, format the last row in the first column as "Keep with next."
