Default Outline of the text boxes for labels is missing

I'm not sure what happened, but when I started a new page of labels today,
the dotted outline, that displays where the text boxes are, is missing. I
can select Tools Options Show Text Boundaries, but it's not the same thing.
Any idea what happened and how to restore the display of the text boundaries
for the labels?

The switch you want is table show gridlines.
